The rooftop view was STUNNING but the tiny room and rude staff made me question if I'd stay again. The cafe voucher for breakfast was a letdown.

The location was ideal, with everything I needed nearby. Despite the small room size, the cleanliness and central location made up for it. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach with full-size toiletry containers.

I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again. Cool and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is perfect.

Hotel is fabulous, with gorgeous breakfast, and location is unbeatable very close to Times Square, subway and local sites. Pleasant, courteous staff, thanks a lot for treating me so well.

During my transit stay at Pod 39, the convenience of the hotel's location near LaGuardia Airport, just 15 km away, made my travel experience seamless. The stylish ambiance and the dining options at the on-site restaurants added a touch of luxury to my brief visit.

The size of the bedroom was much smaller than expected, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the clear glass walls and doors was a minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll from Grand Central and close to iconic destinations like Times Square and 5th Avenue. The room, although small, was exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing – thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities for a restful respite.

The check-in policy starting at 3 PM was a bit inconvenient, especially after a morning flight. the room we stayed in wasn't very clean, and there were small flies buzzing around the shower cabin.

Pod 39 is a great choice for exploring Manhattan, close to Grand Central and 5th Av. the room, although small, provides ample storage for one person and has a nice bathroom. the complimentary breakfast with pastries and yogurt is a nice touch, and the free coffee and water add extra value.

The location was fantastic with lots of food options nearby, and the building itself was lovely. The bar/lounge was a great spot to chill and plan our day, and the room, although small, was comfy and clean. Appreciated the availability of a TV in the room with all the usual American channels. 👍 The glass-encased elevators were a nice touch, but getting heavy luggage up the staircase at the entrance was a bit of a hassle, otherwise had a great stay!

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were attentive, everything was perfectly fine. The room I was offered was well-equipped with the AC system and a nice private bathroom, as for instance, truly enjoyed it. This accommodation had a central setting near everything...

The spot was awesome, close to Grand Central and loads of good eats nearby. The crew were super welcoming and the tiny room looked just like the pics. The rooftop deck and restaurant were top-notch, though a bit pricey - but hey, it's New York City after all! Just a heads up, the shower's water temp might be a bit tricky to adjust, and remember to turn off the aircon when you dash out, or you might come back to an icebox 💁.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was lovely, with brilliant location so close to Times Square and subway as well as tourist attractions. Beautiful rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, accommodating personnel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food and cold drinks.

Traveling with the kiddies, I found a perfect pod in a budget-friendly hotel smack dab in the center of NYC. The rooftop bar offers cool drinks with stunning views. The Lobby Lounge & Bar kept the family happy with yummy snacks. The place had a lot of color and cool hangout spots. We had a blast exploring all the nearby sports bars. The rain showers in the bathrooms were a hit with my girls. Plus, being just a short walk from the subway made life easy for this Canadian family.

What bothered us the most was the toilet separated from the bedroom by an opaque glass partition. No privacy. Don't expect a continental breakfast. Breakfast included. Just a coffee, a juice and a croissant. If you want more you have to pay

I appreciated the very central location of the hotel. The room is modern, clean and well lit (a large window in the room protected by interior shutters, and two small windows in the bathroom - same shutter system). My room was on the 13th floor with a view. Nice. A safe (functional and large enough to store your most important belongings). I was able to keep my bag the day I left and enjoy the city for a few more hours.

It is difficult to find affordable restaurants in the neighbourhood. The food (fast food restaurants or more traditional restaurants & supermarkets) is very expensive: more than 60% compared to the Paris area.

They were super responsive and assisted us with any questions we had. the location of the hotel was great for exploring the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming and comfortable, making us feel right at home. the free walking tours offered by the hotel were a unique touch that allowed us to experience a different side of NYC.

One minor improvement that could be made is the availability of electrical sockets in the rooms. the room could have been slightly larger for more comfort, especially for taller guests.
